How about this. Take the earliest recorded pre-mature birth and make that the cut off limit for abortions

Plus if you are 12 weeks a way whats the F%$£ point if you all ready had 24 weeks
the brain starts work around 15 weeks but I think it should be 8 or 12 weeks
