I recommend speaking a bit more about the venue, if there is an entry fee, any prizes, tournament rules, and roughly when you are planning on running the event.  Some tournaments are over one day in length, that's another important detail for prospective players.

If it's a metro area, mention nearby train lines that can take players from nearby areas to it.
