Oops, I thought that you were asking for the price of sharpshooters, (it's described as targeters in the Adeptis Mechanicas army) Sorry about the mistake.

Because Targeters have been removed. The old codex had targeters acceptable as wargear for those with access to the armoury. We no longer have that option. Targeters are in the description section as some models do have them (Storm Troopers primarily).
