It could be quite a few things, 1 the most unlikely the 'Truth', or Computer Virus, or a Hoax, or a gimmick.

Ok, fair enough, I had thought that sitting about in an internet cafe would be just as compromising even if it's a public place.  Assuming these photos go up, there's very little we can't do in the world of digital imagery today.  Surely, no matter what those photos display, they can easily be passed off as 'manufactured'?
