Now with the new sisters out and getting my 2 boxes, I decided not to wait for the new tanks to drop. One, I really don't like either of them, to busy imho. 2nd, they'll probably be $80 or more. So bought 2 rhinos from a friend for $25 and retired my other rhino to be commissioned as Exorcists. Dug out my old panel molds, dug thru the bits box, made molds of pieces I needed and got started.

I still have some putty work to do but you can see what I was going for. Enjoy

Thank guys. A real passion going for sure. I got all the gluing done and the holes filled. Gonna prime them tomorrow.

Not perfect but happy with them. Now I can start building the actual models from the box.

That's a great looking tank; a bit closer to the old FW exorcist in design than the GW one.

I've always liked how sisters were a quite over the top, but the new vehicles take things a little to far for my taste.

Well done on those repressors, Dread. At first I thought I'd already responded to this, but it seems that I missed this update. Masterful molding out of putty, that's really impressive!

Thanks guys! :) been working on my sisters and trying to paint my black legion and finish up my buddy ad mech and work.

On another note, had a cancer scare but got a clean bill today, so happy vibes. 8)

Thanks Myen'Tal  8) it's very good news. Five years ago went thru cancer surgery, it sucked! Took a while to get over but that's also when I got my harlequin army so something good came out of it.

On another note, supposed to play my first game with my sisters tomorrow night but haven't got them all built yet. Working so much right now so I think my harlequins may be getting fielded. Let ya'll know how that goes. ;)

Thanks magenb! I got some more chain rasps and banshee for Christmas and my bud got me the Phoenix rising dex, it's amazing from what I've read.

Funny you ask about the admech. Finished them last night while he built some more for me to paint, you can see them in the background.

Now I'm gonna get some of my black legion done before I jump into anything else. Post pics as I can. 8)

I like what you did with the dunecrawler, the build up of light colours from the bottom of the hull looks great.

I agree, it makes for a good looking build up of dust and dirt.

The blue skin of those priests (I can never tell what kind they are) is also a nice touch; it ties in really well with their electric vibe.

Well, I did it. I settled on a color scheme for my sisters. For those of you who don't know, this is my 5th and final sisters army. I never painted any of my others so this is a big hurdle for me, to settle on.  I wasn't gonna do anything with them for a while but just couldn't help myself. So an amethyst armor with turquoise robes and gold trim. This is as good as they're gonna get so be kind with critiques. I'm just going for playable not paint comps. Thanks.  8)

That's a good looking scheme! But I may be biased towards torquise/teal  :)

I'm looking forward to seeing the first completed squad.

I too like this scheme, Dread, it's close to the one that I thought up originally, with some subtle changes!
