I would give your DJs brightlances to deal with tanks and dreads, as you might otherwise have to get a lot of haywire-grenades to your troupers to deal with those if you get close enough.
All in all it looks ok, not to my personal taste (would drop the leaders, place both squads on Venoms and prong the guy) but it will do well if you use it right.

for the great harlie,
lose the power weapon.
take a kiss or just a CC weapon.
and drop the ammo. all you have is a pistol and ou dont want to use that.
shadowseer is fine.
is that 3 death jesters or 3 units of DJs?
if its just one unit, dont mix and match. bright lances all the way.
also, you dont want venoms. youll kill all your harlies worrying about a crappy transport.
drop both and take another troupes squad.
ok for the exisitng squads, lose the power weapons and plasma pistols. you want to spend your time dishing out the hurt in CC, not taking pot shots with a plasma pistol. take kisses. if you really want power weapons, take power blades on the troupe leaders.

otherwise, it seems like a pretty fine generic harlies army.
i always love seeing people post new armies on this board. a sign that harlies arent gone. ;D
Well, good bye guys. It's been great here. Thanks for everything.

Why nt mix and match? They are not obliged to fire on the same target, you know...

because its stupid.
harlies kill stuff in CC. thats infantry. the only thing you need to shoot at is vehicles and bright lances do that job perfectly.
if you take an EML, then its just points wasted because you wont need to shoot plasma missiles and the krak missiles wont be as effective against lances.
both cannons are crap for shooting anything but light infantry and the troupes can kill that. how much will killing 3 more dead guardsmen contribute to the battle?
the brightlance is an assualt weapon, it kill vehicles and heavy infantry, both of which harlies cant handle easily. anything that need to be shot with a brightlance either has more buddies to shoot (eg, leman russ)or wil need to be shot more than once. (eg, termies)
see?
glad you see my logic Rasmus.

While I for the most part agree with your reasoning, I wouldn't say mixing neccesserily stupid. I can easily see a couple of DJ's advancing up the table with firepikes for instance. And you should be aware that you are implying Rasmus is stupid, which is completely uncalled for for the question he asked. I thought you were trying to improve, but that was antagonistic for no apparent reason.

I just wanted to check that you were not under the delusion that the DeathJesters had to fire on the same target or something. Mixing weapons in the group of deathjesters to deal with a variety of threats makes sense, especially if you think you can handle the armoured threats by other means (fusionguns, haywires, and so on).

You should have just let it go. Instead of posting "because it's stupid" you could just have provided a reason. As it stands you have gotten closer to that line again, a line you know you have crossed before. Be aware.
It is not stupid; just another way of playing the list. If you can't see it then you need to rethink your way of looking at how armies are played.

thank you for your thoughts, I'lll try putting both squads on venoms and I'll get some more DJ's with bright lances. But how do you think I should arm the venom borne squads as I have had bad experienses doing that before, I have not tryed to prong.Thank you for your comments.

If you intend to use the Venoms then you do not need to use FoF as much, so a pistol or two might not go amiss. If you have three Brightlances and two fusionguns then you might want to get haywires on at least one squad. If you drop the leaders on the squad you can afford some of these upgrades and still have as many bodies on the field.
