Hi All,

I am new to the forum but need some help , I have been playing 40k and one of my regular opponents has said that all Land Raiders now have Armoured Ceramite and disregard the bonuses that Melta and Lance Weapons get- is this true as I cant see it on the FAQ errata?

Yeah, totally untrue. I *wish* all Land Raiders got that.

Good rule of thumb: if an opponent tries to pull something that sounds fishy, ask them to produce the rule (in writing). If they can't, then that's not a rule.

There probably is a way you can get Armored Ceramite on some kind of Land Raiders somewhere in some list, but I'm 100% sure this isn't standard equipment or available on all Land Raiders everywhere.

To my knowledge the LR Achilles is the only one that gets that rule. It is a Forge World variant that has a thunderfire cannon on it. The only other thing I can think of is the old/out dated Black Templars "Blessed Hull" but that only gave benefits against lance IIRC.

I use Land Raider Achilles in my army and thought it was a bit odd
