First rule of posting IG lists: READ YOUR CODEX!!!
Second rule of posting IG lists: make a list of doctorines at the top of your army list (just makes it eaiser for ust to understand).

Now, your major violation is rule one.  If you've read your doctorines section, then you'll understand that a 'special equipment doctorine' must be givin to all units that count as guard infantry.  Both camoline and Carapace armor are special equipment.  This mean's you can't give carapace to one platoon, and camoline to the other.  If you fix that up; you're list looks fine.  Note; if you pick Carapace; just give that to the CHQ, it's cheaper than buying it for veteran + Officer.

Oh, FYI; when posting lists those ten man squads are called 'Infantry squads,' not platoons; where as a platoon is an officer/comm section, and 2-5 infantry squads.

Hey! I know!  Let's focus on building army lists, instead of silly custom titles and command structures, yeah?

From the days of the doctorines.
RIP-Goyder, Koonitz, and Jenkins.  Honour them.

Armies:
ORDER: Elysians 2k5, Armored battlegroup 2k5, Infantry Guard 2k, Dark Angles 4k5, Grey Knights 2k
DISORDER: Chaos 3k, Daemons 2k Dark Eldar 2k5, Nids 2k, Orks 2k5
I'm both proud and ashamed of those numbers...

Just a few questions and suggestions.

1. I'd suggest a little bit more in the Anti-Tank department. I'm fairly certain that you'll need more than 3 Missile Launchers to destroy any armor you may come up against.

2. Unless there's something in praticular you love about Mortars, the Griffon is almost always a better buy. You have no Ordinance and in a Guard army that's almost sacriligeous.

3. If you're going to upgrade all your guardsmen in your HQ to Veterans it's probably a good idea to give them LP&CCW, since the veteran bonus only really works well  in HtH. Following that principle, drop the medic, who is fairly useless in HtH. This squad will need some help, so plan to attach some advisors. Priests and Commissars don't really seem your style but adding on 5 Sanctioned Psykers, for about the same cost as 1 of the above, not only adds five bodies to your squad but also gives you a host of spooky powers. In larger games, consider buying this squad a Chimera.

4. Storm Troopers should almost always have 2 Special Weapons. Buy 2 Plasma Guns or 2 Grenade Launchers and sit back at 24" and snipe away.

5. Given the awesome might of the lasgun, it's generally not worth 10 points to get 1 extra lasgun hit a turn.

6. On the subject of Infantry Squads, Heavy and Special Guns are good things. You can try to fight with nothing but lasguns. You can also try to play Orks with nothing but a Warboss and Grots. They're both very challenging to play. Given the nature of your army, find a few of the old fashioned standing Missile Launchers and some Special Weapons.

7. Die Hards is a great fluff doctrine but in actual play I rarely find my Guardsmen are outnumbered by anything. If you are, the games probably almost over.

8. For any army of ambush specialists, a doctrine like Jungle Fighters or Light Infantry is probably more appropriate than Carapace Armor. Similarly, Veterans are probably more appropriate than Storm Troopers.

9. For an army like this, Sentinals are invalueable. They fit the theme wonderfully, cost very few points, add mobile Heavy Weapons platforms, and can tie up baddie HtH squads.

10. Consider a Chimera or a Hellhound. Both can give your poor Guardsmen some much needed support.

Playing Guard means never having to say you're sorry for obliterating your opponents entire army before he can get into HtH.

Just a quick note. You cannot attach more than one advisor to any given squad. Using the above list as an example, if you purchase five, the first one goes to the CHQ, the next two would go to the Platoon HQs, the next two would go to sergeants of your choice. You would not be able to retain all 5 of them in the CHQ.

Twisting Shadow: Don't be so harsh on him about not reading his Codex. These are very easily overlooked portions of the rules.
Sadly, however, I would agree with Twisting Shadow in that you SHOULD read THE ENTIRE CODEX and ensure you're doing everything correctly. Don't skim over parts that look unimportant (The first couple of pages being the most often overlooked, as all it tends to have is "Why collect this army?" and "How to use this Book" and other such stuff that tends to have nothing important (Or so you thought).).

You're taking Sharpshooters, hardened fighters, die hards AND Cameloline on EVERY unit? That's a whopping 40 pts extra per squad! Which means an extra 33% per infantry squad and 50% on your command squads. Doctrines are good, but unless it's for very fluffy reasons, it's pretty stupid to spend more than 20 pts in doctrines per unit.
