To anyone out there in the Pittsburgh area, i'm a member of a gaming club that puts on regluar tournaments and has a regular gaming night about an hour north of pittsburgh in a town called Grove City.

ok so i checked out the Kid in Me, its a nice store. it was mentioned to me that something big was going to happen on the 25th - 26th, i was wondering if anyone knew what was up. im hoping to head over and get a game in Sat if i can. im not sure when the usual 40k play till. do they have any campaigns at tKiM?

I'm in center city Philadelphia. Literally a block away from city hall. Anyone around this area (preferably walking distance...  ) wanna play a game?

Although I don't know of anyone in center city.  We do have a pretty good group going in King of Prussia.

I believe you can get to king of prussia pretty easy with the Regional Rails.  Or atleast norristown which is only a mile or two away.

Hellfire is not nearly as active as it used to be.

I'm from outside of Philly(doylestown) but I have been going to school at the u of Pitt for the last few years. (just finished!!!)

I know about all the major gaming stores in the greater pittsburgh area (about 4 good ones) and a few in the greater philly area so hit
Me up if you guys need to find stores or want to get games in.

I am from Pgh and now go to CMU but only use Phantom of the Attic, not even realizing there are others...do you mind PMing me the other stores, etc?

Hellfire doesn't run the events that they used to. Thats all I ment by that.

As for stores in pgh, I regularly play at Ptoa. There is also legions located outside of the city to the south, along with the Geekadrone which is like 10 min from oakland. Not sure of the loc because I haven't bee there yet. Theres also a pretty nice store in greensburgh which is 45 min away but its right by my girlfriends house so I go there once in a while.

PTOA and legions are still your best bet if you live in the city.

Oh, never heard of hellfire...

Ptoa? Phantom the of attic? :p  I haven't played there but buy my stuff from there and have gotten to know all the guys who work there well, and it's so close to CMU it's very convenient. If you're still around we should get a game in! Just note not all my stuff is painted yet

Thats ok nether is mine, they have been pretty cool about their painting policy lately. If you google pittsburgh bloodbowl the first hit that shows up is the ptoa gaming grp forum. Its the perfect place to set up a game. Ill be around monday - thursday this week if you want to get a game in.
