here is my ork army list. I will be playing against a necron player. He will be using 24 necron warriors, 1 wraith, 6 swarms and I'm not sure if he will be using his 2 flayed ones. His lord will have lots of wargear. I think the necron warriors have disruption fields...
HQ
Ork Warboss-cyborg body, mega armour, power claw, big shoota, boss pole.
-146 pts
Troops
26 sluggas boys- 30 choppas, 18 sluggas, 2 burnas.
7 have double close combat weapon, one has double slugga.
-188 pts
13 shoota boys-12 shootas, 1 bg shoota.
-140 pts
Elites
8 Stormboys- 10 choppas, 6 sluggas
two boys have double choppa
-146 pts
Fast Attack
8 truck boys- 8 choppas 8 sluggas
- 96 pts
Wartruck
-30 pts
Total- 748 pts
And I also have a question. When in close combat slugga boys/ stormboys have 3 attacks with a choppa to make the save 4+ and then add 1 attack with the slugga. Will the 4th attack make the armour save a 4+ still?

Mega Armour comes with powerklaw and a shoota, so you don't have to take those. Unfortunately, you can't take the big shoota with mega armour, but you can upgrade the shoota that comes with the mega armour. I would go for a cheaper boss at this level, maybe just a cybork body, 'eavy armour, powerklaw, and choppa. He would also be much faster moving across the board.

Each counts as having a choppa and a slugga, regardless of what they may actually have. Split into two mobs and max out the amount of burnas taken, they will be incredibly useful against necrons as power weapons.
13 shoota boys-12 shootas, 1 bg shoota.

Get 3 big shootas, even if you have to make the mob only 10 strong. I'd even pick up a nob with another big shoota for more firepower.

Too expensive at this level. I would simply ditch them all together.

Good, give them a burna boy and a nob with a powerklaw. Trukk has to take either a big shoota or a rokkit launcha. Against Necrons, I'd go with a big shoota.
For the most part, a very good list, especially for a newbie. Grab a squad of grots. This could be absolutely essential to victory, as they will shield you from necron firepower for a few turns. Also consider a Basilisk. Normally I'd say Leman Russ, but you don't want to get too close to necrons with vehicles, and Basilisk will make short work of them. Maybe ditch the wartrukk against Necrons as they won't have much support charging far ahead of your army. Grab a few more big shootas or maybe some lobbas aswell.
Aim for his warriors and concentrate all your firepower into them. Aim for a phase out. Good luck!

Sadly I don't have anymore burna boys, heavy weapons or grots. But I will change me stormboys for a looted basilisk. do you know what the point cost is for a basilsik (i need to get the codex)?

For looted vehicles I simply use this:
http://us.games-workshop.com/games/40k/imperialguard/gaming/ac_rules/assets/ac_rules.pdf
The online IG Armoured Company list. I just print off the relevant page and people don't seem to mind.
Let me know how the game goes! I hate necrons...

My game will be Saturday. I will tell you how it goes hopefully by Saturday night.
EDIT: I got rid of the bosspole, bionick bounce, and the bolt on big shoota for the indirect fire. And I also forgot to say that the mega armour was alreay included...

Just one last piece of advice, drop the bolt-on big shoota on the wartrukk, and the boss's bionik bonce, iron gob, and the bosspole.
The boyz shouldn't be stuck in the trukk shooting. You'll need them to be charging into long range elements of the enemy. The boss has a bionik bonce but no 'eavy armour, meaning you're spending 10 points on a 5+ save, instead of 8 points on a 4+ save with 'eavy armour. So go with the 'eavy armour. Iron gob and bosspole are actually good choices, but you have to ditch them if you want the indirect fire option for the basilisk, allowing it to hide and still wipe out necron warriors.
Don't forget to Waaagh!

We were playing elimination, once you lose everything you lose. The table edge was kind of weird because we were playing on the floor of a room, around a bed. We started a bit close to each other which was good for me. The game lasted around 9 turns but went quickly.
I won the game tanks to my basilisk which made them phase out with a lucky shot. At the end of the game I had the truck that was getting killed by the lord but wouldn't die, and the warriors were trying to move to my basilisk. With out the basilisk and for slipup's tips. I would of lost.

If you ever need any more advice, you can always count on us. There isn't many of us orks, we got to stick with each other.
Happy to hear about the win. Here's to many more!

hey, you said your all out of burna boyz? for shame make them easy by cutting the top knots of your boyz and glueing them on the ends of there shooters (tailor them with a exacto blade first so they fit just right) then paint em like fire they look pretty good
