I recommend that you visit the Gallery sometimes Exodites pop up.  There is a site it has a green/black background, really ugly.  I don't remember where though.

In brief though, they are Eldar who live on Maiden worlds at a much more basic level of tech than their craftworld brothers.
In game terms they usualy ride lizards into battle, though I don't imagine every maiden world has dinos running about.

I can give you some fluff:

The Exodites are a subsect of the Eldar that took a different path to avoid succumbing to She Who Thirsts.  Instead of passing a ritual, torturing, or seperating war with a gigantic black  marker from piece, they sank back into the times before technology.  Therefore, they live on the beautiful enviro-controlled Maiden Worlds riding animals of nature into battle.
