Hey 40konline peoples,
I entered another tournament with my mate, a doubles one this time, at the 500 point level, with modified FoC, which I will mention below, my mate is playing Dark Eldar and I'll be (hopefully) using my Wolves cause Im going for the painting comp more then anything, but I don't want to get smashed every game either, now the FoC is as follows:
1 HQ
1-3 Troops
0-1 Fast Attack
0-1 Elites
0-1 Heavy Support
Now what I was thinking of running is this:
HQ - 225 Points
Wolf Lord “Dreki”
- Runic Armour
- Strom Shield
- Thunder Hammer
- Thunderwolf Mount
TROOPS - 195 Points
Grey Hunters “Kraken Squad”
- 5 Additional Hunters
- 2 Plasma Guns
- Rhino
FAST ATTACK - 80 Points
Fenrisian Wolf Pack “Timber Wolves”
- 5 Additional Wolves
Our whole plan is putting the Lord with the Wolves and rushing the opponent using the Rhino as cover for them, while my mate uses his Venoms and Voidray to keep enemies off my back, cause the Lord will be hard to bring down in combat, and he should make it there if everything goes well, as far as I know so far my mates DE are as follows: (Roughly, I don't know points and stuff)
Haemonculus
1 "Splinterborn" squad in Venom
2 Venoms with Wracks
1 Voidray Bomber
So yeah, what you guys think? Any C&C is helpful
