The painting's great, but I'm more impressed by your photography, or rather the "set dressing" and lighting. :)  It all looks fantastic!

they look amazing, seriously those have to be the best Space Hulk minatures i have seen, loving the photography and photoshop work, those pictures are really cool, great effects, look so realistic, the cool filters really set the dark scene

i absolutly love the muzzle flash, how did you do it, or where did you get it from?

yeah, those special pictures look excellent, they really make us feel like were watching a preview of a movie or something.

Minis aren't that bad either, though I see some room for some small improvements.
I'm not completely satisfied with the highlights, some are done well, some less good, but maybe it's just the picture lightning, it could be to blame on the picture itself.

Fantastic... Excellent work..!

Not only amazing painting, but awesome photography..!

Is that a little photoshop, or was it done with lighting..?

Great job...

Kerrigan,

can you please explain to me the painting steps / method you used for the genestealers?

as much as I like the blood angels, those stealers look awesome.

Kerrigan,

Sure no problem. Undercoat chaos black, basecoat regal blue, than highlights with mix regal blue and ice blue. Add more ice blue for further highligts. I use a badab black to tone down the highlights. Skin is painted with a mix of tallarn flesh and hormagaunt purple. Highlights with dwarf flesh and then a mix of baal red and leviathan purple. Really simple if you look at it. I can paint five genestealers in the time I paint  one terminator!  :o

@ Challenger:
The muzzle flash is from armorcast(dot com). The shells from (I think) Ork Lootas.

@ those:
The photos were made by holding a 3D glasses between the lens and models. Really simple and turned out great.

These are awesome, and I love how good just using 3D glasses looks lol

My only crit is that the red looks really flat and unhighlighted/shaded to me, but it could of course just me my eyes or your camera at work.

So sad but true.
I don't want to seem rude but if I wanted to take part in talking about why the eldar codex needs to be better I'd read pretty much any thread in the Eldar forum.
