Are there any plans to do craftworld specific ones?

A sliver of this image will do, preferably incorporating the crouching guy with the markVI shoulder pad and the apothecary guy (didn't know chaos marines still had them). With the trademark IW catachism, "Iron With, Iron Without". Enough criteria for you?

Due to bandwidth limitations I can no long host the banners, the codes have been changed to still allow them to be used but if you have one at the moment you will have to use the new code as I must delete them from my account.

He's got them hosted on the 40kO server so space is no longer a problem.

Exactly, he removed them from his photobucket account (presumably they were getting viewed so much photobucket wasn't happy) and got them hosted by an admin here so that that wouldn't be a problem, his post was just so that people could take it into account.
